The tilesets are from an old japanese site, which now is closed. But when the site was working, they said that all resources were free to use in any kind of project.
You may use the map in your projects if you want, but since I lost my 4shared account, and since I'm not quite sure if it's OK to distribute RPG Maker maps, you'd have to redo the map from scratch. Sorry for that.
Or just download this image and add collision boxes if you're using another engine.
